The Producion Process
an all-round service – from the concept
to the delivery of the final product

Technical Plast monitors the entire process of creating each product, whether it is in thermoplastic materials or a metal replacement.
Starting from co-designing, mould construction, moulding, up to the delivery of the final product, we put ourselves as a highly competent business partner.

Supply chain

First, we analize our customer’s needs. We then proceed to the co-designing/engineering of the product, the selection of the appropriate technical polymer and the 3D prototyping.

Afterwards, we proceed with the mould design/construction, trials and following fine-tunings along with metrologies until the customer’s validation and the pre-production.

Our moulding departement is equipped with new-generation injection moulding machines; When required, dedicated workstations are set up for specific productions.

We are also able to offer a wide range of post-production processes thanks to our assembling/finishing department and a well-established network of business partners.

A meticulous management of the supply chain is a guarantee of timeliness and traceability.
This quality of service is ensured by our programming department, which closely monitors every phase of the production.

Engineering

Injection moulding of thermoplastic materials

Our moulding department is specialized in producing technical components in high-performance polymers and metal replacement for industrial applications.

The products can be made of a single or two components, in small or large-scale productions, with inserts (metal, electric, ceramic or polymeric), and can be assembled in kits.

Our tool shop internally designs and manufactures each mould, which guarantees its quality and functionality.

The tool shop also handles modifications and maintenances (both ordinary and extra-ordinary ones) and provides assistance to the moulding department.
