Injection moulding of technical polymers
Our core business is the production of components with high quality standards and high technical content
We specialize in high-performance technopolymers injection moulding to achieve complex components, where rigorous dimensional precision (with tolerances up to 0.02 mm) and aesthetics go hand in hand.
We produce in small or large series, mono or bi-component and we also specialize in overmoulding inserts (metal, electrical, ceramic or polymeric).
To meet the highest market requirements in terms of quality and performance, we have gained the experience and the ability to work with all technopolymers and superpolymers.
We have structured our production to be able to work with various materials, such as: PEEK, PPS, PPSU, PES, PPA, PA (6, 66, 46, 11, 12), PBT, POM, PEI, PC, etc. both natural and reinforced with carbon fibers or fiberglass spheres, with self-lubricating additives (PTFE, silicones, etc.) and with stabilising or anti-flame properties.
Our injection machines
An advanced injection machine fleet and a 24/7 production.
The moulding department consists of 43 injection machines with tonnages ranging from 15 to 210 tons.
We have a moulding capacity of over 100 million pcs/year with weights varying from 0.02 gr up to a maximum of 750 gr.
Moulding, automations and quality
All machines are equipped with dehumidification systems and automatic loading of the grain and provided with pickers,
cartesian robots and/ or dedicated working stations.
The production process, organised according to lean principles, is managed by the MES software (Arburg ALS interfaced with SAP) for production scheduling, data collection and performance analysis.
Two mould warehouses, an internal tool shop working on maintenances/production emergencies and a rigorous process/product control are what guarantees the service and the conformity of the final product.
