The starting point of each project is listening to the customer, which translates into a deep analysis of the product, its necessities\/criticalities and the production process.<\/p>

We support the customer and his technicians by engineering his ideas, co-designing the component and realizing the design of the prototype defining shapes, details and finishes.<\/p>

Once the aesthetic aspects, the functional features and the materials are defined, we focus the analisys on designing of the product depending on the production processes.<\/p>

We revisit the component in order to make its manufacturing (moulding and post-processing) and final assembly more efficient and easier. We also establish whether the design complies with the technological systems of the various production departments.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We carry out FEM analyses in order to verify the response of the component to mechanical stress and to optimize its resistance and integrity.<\/p>

We carry out moldflow analysis to simulate the injection moulding process of the plastic component to make sure to obtain technically performing products without aesthetic defects.<\/p>

Thanks to these simulations we are able to complete the optimization of the design of the plastic component, anticipating all problems related to the subsequent steps of the mould engineering.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
