Substituion of the current pulley with an equal plastic component

Ensure less wear of the drive belt
The challenge
Redesigning a component subjected to strong mechanical stress;
Guarantee of concentricity between the bearing and the gearing;
Extreme precision and high finishing of the gearing;
Realization of the component in a single production phase.
The solution
Integration of the bearing and threaded inserts by overmoulding process;
Use of a self-lubricating technopolymer reinforced with glass fibers.
